Whole Foods Market To Be Built In Fayetteville, AR

Oh wow it has been a little while since I’ve had the pleasure of walking through a Whole Foods Market. Known to be more of a West Coast store, the stores have been graciously popping up more within the southern region. And from what I’ve heard, there is one coming to my hometown of Fayetteville, AR.

If there is a Whole Foods Market that is coming to Fayetteville, AR that is fantastic news, for several reasons.

  • Whole Foods has excellent selection. They have several organic choices in produce, packaged items and also have great instore deli’s and bakeries.
  • With Whole Foods coming into town, the local co-op Ozark Natural Foods will be more inclined to lower their prices. I love Ozark, but the do tend to be very pricey on things, and that is because there is no other local food markets around to compete with. Now we might see prices get lowered.
  • Hopefully less people shopping at Wal-Mart!

Do your homework. Whole foods began in Austin Texas in the 70’s. It is a southern based company not a west coast thing. Home store is still Austin Texas
